JBA Seminar 2019: Job-Hunting seminar with Mr Teodor Löveborg from Capcom Japan
Mr Teodor Löveborg spoke of his experience seeking employment in Japan, shared advice and discussed important aspects. Job-Hunting is a distinguishing feature of Japan; strikingly different from the job-search process in e.g. Sweden.
JBA Corporate Event 2018: The success continues!

In front of an engaged audience inspiring presentations was held by:
- Dr Lars Vargö, Distinguished Fellow Institute for Security & Development Policy and former Swedish Ambassador to Japan and South Korea
- Mr Kenichi Oteki, General Manager Mitsubishi Corporation and Chairman of Japanese Businessmen's Club
- Mr Toshinori Sato, Managing Director Tomoku Hus and Vice-Chairman of Japanese Businessmen’s Club
- Mr Viktor Granström, Administrator the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science, who later answered questions from the audience during the panel discussion.
Discussions continued to late in the evening and several new contacts and relations were established.
The event did not only strengthen the prolific relation between JBA and the Japanese business community but also the relations among students of the Japanese language.
JBA wants to thank all participants and we will continue our work as an important part of the Japanese community of Stockholm and Sweden with young active and curious members.

After interesting company presentations the panel answered questions from an engaged audience and the discussions continued during the mingle.
JBA Corporate Event emphasizes the vital connection between the Department of Asian, Middle Eastern and Turkish Studies and the Japanese business community.
JBA has already started to plan the development of the event and how to take it a step further.
